How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving payment. ALL IMPORTED KITS TAKE MORE TIME TO PROCESS AND SHIP - ESTIMATED TIMES VARY - DELIVERY TIMES ARE ESTIMATED AND VARY: 7 - 21 DAYS; PLEASE SEE INDIVIDUAL DESCRIPTIONS FOR MORE TIMETABLES.

When do you ship orders?
Merchandise is shipped (first-class) Monday through Friday through the USPS.

Do you ship internationally?
YES! Because rates vary from country to country and there are many shipping choices please email me and I will be happy to give you quotes - the shipping method will be determined by you!

Why does it take 7 - 21 days to process an order?
The majority of the products sold at Ginny's Needlecrafts are IMPORTED; some merchandise can be processed in 7 - 10 business days BUT THE MAJORITY of products require 14 - 21 business days to process. Please see the individual item description for shipping and processing guidelines.
